    My first purchases for the year - a year that should be somewhat smaller compared to other years due to the need to save for more important things.

    Is that the Korean version of Cybertron Vector Prime?

    Any chance of close up pics of it in all it's glory (perhaps on the action pose thread)?

    I've been thinking about getting it, but just not sure how different it is to the Hasbro version.

    The boxed item is the korean wing saber. The Vector Prime sitting on the box is the japanese takara one.

    The korean takara vector prime is being sold at robotkingdom though.

    I've been looking at the Korean one on RK and was tempted but I'm just not sure how different it is to the Hasbro release - I know the Takara version has more paint apps, so will look forward to seeing the pics

    I've read that the Korean versions of the Takara GF versions are exactly the same designwise (i.e the paint apps, chrome etc follow the same design pallete). For instance the korean wing saber has the gold n silver chrome and they even fixed the head defect that was present in the japanese ver.

    Its an official and exclusive TF postage letter which only had a hong kong release. It was a free gift from RK for ordering something late last year. I'm not sure if the promotion is still on or not.
