January Acquisitions.

Okay...so it was a pay day Friday today...which means I had fun...

~ Universe Onslaught arrived via ebay...Its finally great to add
him to my collection...the big, ugly bastard he is. Monzo!
~ Then I went to Toy'R'Us and picked up a Snake Eyes Mighty Mugg
which was only $15.00...Score!
~ And then I went to Target and picked up Animated Activators
Dirge, Cliffjumper and Grimlock...Each only costing me $5.00...
Another Score!

And earlier in the day I ordered Alternity Megatron (the sexy blue
version) Alternity Bumblebee and Beast Machines Mirage...who
was very cheap...off ebay.

Today was a good day.

After 3 1/2 years, and many hundreds of dollars, I finally completed the collection of BotCon 2006 toys, with the arrival today of Laserbeak.

And on Monday (according to a message from DHL on my phone), the first of my big toy splurge this week, arrives - JP black Movie Optimus.

I was a bit naughty this week. After all my travelling in November, and the lead up to Christmas, I didn't have the time or money to keep up with TFs purchases. So I did up a list last weekend of what I wanted that is currently out that I wanted (was about 40 items), and comparing prices on several online stores and ebay, I ended up buying about 30 of them, costing me about a grand! Egads!!!

Aside from the expense of all that at once (which would have been spread over 3-4 months anyway), it wasn't too bad an effort, with me only unable to find 4 items at an acceptable price. Can't wait for the next couple weeks, as they all (hopefully) arrive.
