Super simple toy. Virtually identical to Lugnut without the automorph and with less articulation.

Required for any Animated fan. Completely avoidable for anyone else.

I was a bit disappointed the first time I played with it. It looks like an Animated toy, but somehow, the execution is a bit lacking, there's nothing really exciting about the mold. Still good to have though.

I assume he suffers from the same Bulkhead Syndrome too, right?

Being naturally biased towards all things animated, I like it. It does have very similar Transformations as Lugnuts, but the executions is a little better.

With the way the rear rotor blades become the weapon, the back of this guy is neater looking than LN and even though he acks the physical height, I think the menace and size of the character is carried off particularly well in the mould.

Just a shame he can't go toe to toe with Omega Supreme in toy form...

P>S, How can you not love a gun with so many miniguns attached to him

For those who are still hoping Hasbro will release this guy locally, check out a comparison between Hasbro & Takara Animated Blackout here: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transf...mparisons.html

    My advice? Import away people!

Leaning towards the Hasbro release. Subtle differences in paint-ap, however, the Hasbro one has insanely dilated red eyes of a beserker - contrasting against Takara's smaller red eyes that seems to reflect a conniving and plotting facial gesture, giving him uncharacteristicly more intelligence.

Final gripe - he needs more guns.

    Must get...
