1. The big green arrow has represented "Over" in a few examples.

2. The pic looks like a church, I assume it's famous... I think I've seen it in a movie before. Church = Chaple = Abby = Monastery

3. N21 Southbound appears to be a railline in the US and a highway in Ireland.

4. I keep thinking singular in reference to number 3 would mean "Lane".

2. It's a basilica with a church and is quite famous. However the name of this basilica itself is not part of the answer.
3. Theres an N21 motorway in France as well.
4. Singular only helps you once you figure out where this basilica is located

This way I can still have fun without spoiling it for others who would just see it as the know-it-all barging in with answers to everything.

I'd rather give a clue after a few days, to help others get the 'lightbulb' moment... and those last two were pretty tough to work out. (35 can be worked out with tfwiki.net search-engine, but that was before it went down a few days ago)
