Like Ratchet, I already have the previous incarnations of Movie-verse Ironhide, so I would only grab this guy if it was going cheap (just to see how different the transformation on the new mold is).

Keen to gear a review of this one. I think progress peaked with the first movie Premium edition, but would like to know if someone feels differently.

    peaugh's review

Pretty cool and an improvement over the previous release IMO - just don't like how he's smaller.

Wheels and arms are really frustrating on this one. They ruin the overall look and feel and that oversize mechtech weapon dominates the aesthetic in a ridiculous manner. It should complement and add to the feel of the robot but it's just so disproportionate

    I voted:

"Only if" you don't want to skip on a leader class gem.

Instant pass for me - Leader Ironhide is the one to get for DotM.

The only thing I want from this version is the mechtech weapon.
