I'm still waiting for Feb's figures!! My 'Mad March' sale stuff has even arrived. I call BS on Matty shipping the Fisto/Sorceress stuff when they *said* they did. Too many people worldwide have been waiting too long for it to be true. Plus, other stuff is arriving before those Feb items should.

I just received a random 'refund email' for my Kobra Khan order!!!

I called them asking to explain the email and the girl I spoke to wasn't sure so she assumed that I had returned it which I did not! Plus for international orders, it is a bit too early for it to have been returned so it sounds like it never even got to Australia!

I repeatedly asked her if they had any customer service stock but she was unable to answer. All that she could say was that "I will be emailed back in 5-7 days by the escalation team".

Now there is a strong chance that I have missed out on Kobra Khan!

So much for the sub guarantee and this is my first time joining it....

Hmmm, that sounds EXACTLY like what happend to my order with Kurdts for the Swiftwing and Bubble She-Ra! Apparenlty it got returned after 'being posted' 3 weeks after the sale. BS I thought, especially since Kurdt had it sen to his work address. And it would need a MIRACLE for it to make to Australia in 3 weeks.

Man they are a total bunch of *************** **************(*****&***!

Yeap sounds like more dogshit! Be content with your current collections and stop giving Matty more monies! Or just get them from BBTS or ebay, being more selective to offset the extra cost!
