I played the demo and while there was definitely a lot to like, the dpad controls were way too sensitive for my liking. Maybe the Vita controls are more refined?

I spent about 100 hours putting together 4 custom maps for this game,
all of them based on a real-life location - Cyberhive, a gaming cafe in Adelaide.

    The real thing...

The maps can be downloaded here:

    To install,
Just extract the files, put them in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\counter strike source\cstrike\maps

Well they do use the same engine, so now I'm tempted to get Garry's Mod and put this map to the test! I'll get back to you on that mate.

Got a bit of a home LAN setup happening at home now thanks to a free computer I was given at work the other day (has an Nvidia 9500 GT 512MB and 4GB RAM, not bad for free!). Time for some co-op terrorist hunt in Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

That's a pretty sweet gift dude, mind you it goes to show how old my own PC is :
    • CPU: Intel Core2Duo 2.33Ghz
    • RAM: 4Gb of DDR3
    • HDD: 200Gb
    • Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 9600GT / 512Mb GDDR3
    • O/S: MS Windows XP Professional SP3

I too also have a LAN cranking, just no one willing to play a round of good ol' Doom with though.

Haha, well they're not bad machines! You overclocked yours mate?
I was going to OC my E6550 but as it's on an older Intel mobo it doesn't have the option in the BIOS. Ah well, still good. Got to use my Vista OEM disk again too, took freakin' forever to install all the updates to SP2 though.
