Even with standard registered air mail delivery, i've gotten items within 5 business days (this is when i put an order through on a sunday and they send it off following morning) but yes it may be between 1-2 weeks, EMS is the most expensive option but you will see the item within 2-5 days 100%. As for cost, it varies depending on size, looking at $22.67 and an additional $5.57 for insurance if you want it.

Yeah, EMS is only $22, which means I can get it quickly for a little more than retail, at an earlier time.
As I said, I will be busy after boxing day and this looks good as I can get it before then.

Would I be correct to assume that the transmetal Megatron that came in the 2 pack with TM Primal is the same as the JP TM Megs in that it does not suffer from GPS?

JP Metals Megatron does not suffer from BPS at all. The toy was available either in a two back^pack with Metals Convoy, or individually.
