Would I be correct to assume that the transmetal Megatron that came in the 2 pack with TM Primal is the same as the JP TM Megs in that it does not suffer from GPS?

JP Metals Megatron does not suffer from BPS at all. The toy was available either in a two back^pack with Metals Convoy, or individually.

Suspend disbelief? Or maybe imagine that the sixth member died. Or get a spare Energon Constructicon limb member (Hasbro versions would sold individually) as the 6th member... he could be the "useless spare tyre" of your Sixbuilder team, ya know, like Aquaman.
