Not 100% proof but a Spotlight for Hoist really backs up the assumption a new Hoist toy is coming. All the over current Spotlights either have a toy or would be an unannounces repaint of an exisiting toy.

The figure on the alternate cover looks more like a Movieverse toy and not much like his MTMTE appearance. It looks kind of like Movie Ratchet really. Hope a toy reveal comes soon enough so the guessing can stop.
