    Exactly my thoughts.

Can anyone tell me if this is the real deal, if yes I'm sold.

looks legit, listing specifically says MISB, so if it's not legit, or you don't see it in under 45 days you should be able to follow up a dispute with paypal and get your money back.

This is the seller I got my Powerdive from.

I speculate that they are selling a combination of legit products and KOs. As far as a I know there are no documented cases of KO Powerdives, Hot Spots, Banzaitron etc. But the movie stuff I would stay far away from - I know there are H.A. Barricade KO's etc. My Powerdive seemed legit. At least I couldn't tell the difference (in terms of quality and packaging) from a genuine Hasbro release.

Word of warning - do not purchase if you are a MISB collector. My box was sealed but a bit smashed up, no chance of damage to the toy though. It is sent with a layer of bubblewrap around the box then just a layer of paper with the address on it. Obviously this is how they keep the shipping costs so dang low.

A couple of year ago I purchased quite a few Classicsverse figures from similar sellers. Didn't get any really bad ones, although the out of box Classics G2 Green Tank Megatron felt like crap in my hands.

The real highlights were Classics Ratbat (Cybertron Noisemaze repaint) and Movie/Classics Crankcase (Cybertron Red Alert repaint). Both of which were out of box and of good quality, however it was really odd that Classics Ratbat came with the translucent rubber bands tied around it, and packaged in alt mode - to the best of my knowledge that figure was only ever sold as a 2 pack with Classics Springer (Cybertron Evac repaint), both in packaged in robot mode. There were also very minor errors on Ratbat, like his allegiance feature not working. It leads me to believe these figures were produced from legit Hasbro factories, however perhaps made from the parts of figures that failed QC in some way? Peaugh/Vangelus once boasted buying figures smuggled directly out of Chinese factories prior to official release.

Considering this, is it worth it at that price?

I could be wrong but I think that thing usually goes for closer to $200 than $300...
