If you already have the TakaraTOMY version, then I don't see the need to get the Hasbro version too. I got the TakaraTOMY ones, and I paid about $200 all up. Getting the Hasbro version would have saved me $50, but I preordered the TakTOM version before news of the Hasbro version came out. Oh well.

But for those who don't already have the TakTOM version, I'd totally be waiting for the Hasbro version. If news about the Hasbro version came out _before_ I preordered the TakTOM version, I would've held out and waited for a local Hasbro release. So yeah, I don't see the need to "double dip" with getting both versions unless you're some kind of variant collector or completist. But I'm happy just to stick w/ my TakTOM version.
