Time was due to it's size and the quantity that need to do. Most people I know need to take similar time to do it, some even more if they also place more paint on it.

I use Gundam marker. It took me 3 hours plus to finish it all.

Damn it, I am so not looking forward to doing the panel lines when I get mine..... Those Gundum Markers are the best and I'm glad I'm not the only person who knows about them...you should see how my FOC Jazz turn out.
