Big w seems to be the only stores to have wave 2 of the micro changers for $4 each, they also have some basic sets for $10

I've seen the Wave 2 Microchangesr at Target but for $5. I did see them once for 4 but I can't remember which store it was. It also seems that most Target stores get a case or two when big W just stocks more and more untill they start stocking the following wave.
