First his legs wouldn't pull down and felt like I was going to break him on numerous occasions and I had to keep reattaching the wings as they kept falling off.
The fact that they don't have instructions for jet to robot is pretty silly. I don't have any of the other MP seekers but experience is definitely required.
The so called "hidden pod for missiles" doesn't fit anything in them or have anything in them. The instructions are pretty vague with what everything is for.
What is the clip/hook for and are the missiles just for show?
I like the colours and my wife thinks he looks good but he doesn't sit on the stand in jet mode as the hole is too small to clip into.
I do like him but a few issues with the end result.
All masterpiece can be quite hard to transform the very first time...
The circle in the chest piece suppose to represent missile from the originally designer like in Macross figures ...
The clip is for to hold megatron in gun form ...from the MP1 figure accessories (should be the same one from MP soundwave as well) that clip in on the front of the plane ...
And the missile can clip on to the wings but that from the old mold where the null rays must be taken off and doesn't have that swing arm ..
With the stand you hook it first on top then slide in the hole...

I dont think they are as they focusing on all their new releases ....MP G2 sideswipe , soundblaster , then MP20 ,21,and ultramagnus? ..

maybe they will after soundblaster but that be after march for release , but nothing from them at all so far and they usually give a hint at least 6 month before release ...

Wouldn't think is going to be any much difference if they made it for TT. I don't see the point waiting as Hasbro doesn't have certain seekers like Sun storm etc.

Opened mine last night, and I am actually okay with it. But saying that its going to be a same argument debate with Gok's review ONLY because I have not had any of the seekers except for the TT Starscream which is not with me.

I would rate this guy about 7/10 as it made me a bit excited over Soundwave a bit, probably because it does not transform to a box. Soundwave, the cassettes are actually more interesting than soundwave.

Acid Storm eye sore green is what it is. Unfortunately the quality of plastic doesn't make it any more appealing.

Worth buying? Well some people don't like it, I do. Very much is a piece that you might go "ugh hell, I should have bought this" especially at RRP.

What I don't like? Urm...I paid extra $3 for shipping than Soundwave and this is a smaller box.

Oh and instructions had to be reversed transformation.

I finally opened mine recently & after a false start -he had misaligned left intake vent/chestpiece which required an exchange- he's currently sitting atop my amp. A nice addition to the Seekers. Only problem is, i want a Sunstorm now

I can see why first time owners of this mould would be shaking their heads.
To transform from Robot to Jet... Smooth, Hasbro, real smooth (Y)

I bought sunstorm with the expectation that I'd be grabbing this guy on release. Robot Kingdom had a pretty good price and it's still available at BBTS.

I have the original mold for Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp, I like to think I'll be able to get all 3 rainmakers in this newer mold and then oneday they will release the conheads in some manner as Masterpiece.

I voted only if collecting MP rainmakers. It nice enough, the bits that pop off aren't damaging in their removal and replacement. I don't like the vehicle mode quite as much as the original design especially with the null rays on the arm that dont easily come off.

If you were going to get only one mp seeker I'd recommend an earlier starscream if you care about the vehicle mode more and a new mold starscream if you care about the robot mode more.

Hasn't Sunstorm depreciated in value? Cos I remember preordering Sunstorm at full RRP, then shortly after prices dropped sharply and other people were buying excess stock at much cheaper prices than what I paid. It was one of the times where snapping up a toy early worked against my favour.

I'd only pay up to $100 for Sunstorm. If Snot Storm sells here for under $100au then Sunstorm is waaaay overpriced.
