Prior to packing almost everything away, I only had some A/E/C figures, movie stuff and about half my RiD figures in tubs.

Since I am halfway through a messy kitchen renovation everything has been put away bar the turbo masters and predators, MP02 and Primus have been removed from the main house areas. I only have my classics, animated and generations beast figures in a secondary study. Can't wait to free the G1, BW and other lines back out!

I actually don't display most of my collection at the moment, as it is all in storage in the UK awaiting shipping to Australia.

When I had it back there, I put my Animated toys away for a while so I could display some others better. But when they do arrive, I intend to display as much as possible.

I currently have three figures on display and everything else is in storage in the wardrobe of my second bedroom. Not sure I'll ever have a big display, but I like looking at the displays of others.

Pretty much everything is on display. My display is my storage, because if my toys are packed away then it makes it difficult to access individual toys to play with! This was the main reason why I started displaying my Transformers pretty much ... forever. My first organised display was in 1985 when I placed my Transformers under my bed, Autobots on the left and Decepticons on the right. Then later on shelves (with my first organised multi-shelf display in late 1987 or early 1988). Aside from moving, the only time my collection has been packed away was when I was living in Japan. Upon moving back to Australia one of the first things I did was unpack my Transformers.

Doesn't matter how little space I have... my TFs are always out on display. Just before I moved out of home, one whole side of my bedroom was nothing but shelves full of Transformers from floor to ceiling, wall to wall. It was an extremely crammed display, with a lot of toys on top of each other... but I refused to put anything into boxes. Now I have a spare bedroom which is a dedicated Transformers collection room.

Any chance of adding a poll to this thread? We could vote on percentages (i.e. what percentage of your collection is in storage)

Like others above, I barely have any Transformers out - I'll get one or two specific toys out if I feel like transforming them. Ironically, I have about a thousand toys from other lines on display in my 'study', but displaying all the Transformers is just a permanent fixture in my too-hard basket.

Heaps but when I get more display cabinets that will change, anyone know where to get good, cheap display cabinets?

Mostly movie my toys are the ones that don't get displayed. I'm thinking of putting all the toys on my movie shelf away actually. Not a fan of the Bayformers anymore.
