Will you be buying the 2014 Hasbro MP Sunstorm?

Sunstorm is one of the next Masterpiece figures to come out this year, and we might be seeing it at ToysRUs stores in Australia in July for $125.

The figure is about US$60 in America, and it is a different colour scheme to the Japanese Sunstorm from last year.... but is it something you'll be buying or importing, or rejecting?



So, will you be buying the 2014 Hasbro MP Sunstorm toy here?
- Yes, at the full $125 price in case it sells out before a sale
- Yes, but only if it goes on sale for $100
- Yes, but only if it goes on sale for $80
- No, I will import it online
- No, I already have the Japanese version
- No, I'm not even interested in it

im going to buy him cause I just like sunstorm.... plus he a little different to the takara paint job ..... but I decide not to buy all the Hasbro MP as I got the Japanese version , like the grimlock and the prowl...which are just too similar

I have nothing against it but I don't collect Decepticon Masterpieces.

I have the JP version. Although slight different colour scheme, it's not enough for me to buy yet another Seeker, which has less relevance to me than the regular Seekers. Voted NO, already gave the JP version.

The internet pic has his guns pointing the wrong way???

This guy coming out is reminding me how foolish I was not to get Masterpiece Thundercracker (who I didn't know about until it was too late) and Acid Storm (who I couldn't afford at the time because I spent all my money on MP Soundwave) . I only have Starscream and Skywarp from the seekers. Not sure if I will get Sunstorm or not, he may just remind me of who is missing.

Plus being 500km from the nearest TRU doesn't help much

No. I have enough seekers (6). And besides, if that is the final colour scheme, it's too ugly anyway.

$125 feels a bit expensive by AU RRP standards considering that previous MP jets (as recently as MP Acid Storm) sold here for $99. I don't think it's a bad price though (still about $20 cheaper than TakTOM's before shipping; although their version shelf warmed and was later discounted). I wonder if it'll come with the coronation kit

It's for this very reason I wish there was a TBC option.

I want a Sunstorm, but I don't know if I want THAT Sunstorm.

If it's $60 in the US, may just have to buy it online just like Grimlock. But I think it'll probably be $80 like Grimlock as well. AU should be $100 just like Acid Storm.

I don't think Acid Storm shelfwarmed, there was only a few left when it was discounted.
