Quintessons all the way! They did give that little teaser at the start of the movie and the hand/claw operating the seeding process was techno-organic and Lockdown's attack dogs looked techno-organic.

In the KSI lab they say they were working from 2 heads. One is Megatron... anyone know who the other is?

I thought I saw Sentinel too. Which I figured was clever if it was one of the ingredients in creating Galvatron:
