Seems like a lot of people are set on an all female combiner team. I would be happy with that, to bolster the ranks of female characters in transformers.
I liked the concept of the movie Dinobots, having robot modes resembling knights. Maybe something similar can be done with a combiner team.
So what if the female combiner team were all ancient space marines, wielding epic weapons. The alt modes I have come up with are
Dropship (voyager scale) forms the torso, Legs are a Recovery Vehicle and an Exploration vehicle. Arms are a stealth tank and a Jet fighter with two cockpits like 'Slugslinger'. Overall, Sort of similar to Computron, except every individual character has a different color scheme.

Hmmm... I wonder how it would work if one or more (not all) team members were female, and the combined form is male or female.
That would be something for the comic writers to figure out - having both male and female team-members, and designate a gender to the combined mode.
