I'm a little surprised that I pressed "ship" on my POL yesterday and BBTS didn't ship it last night. Normally they are Johnny on the spot with their shipping.

I'm a little surprised that I pressed "ship" on my POL yesterday and BBTS didn't ship it last night. Normally they are Johnny on the spot with their shipping.

That's been fairly common for the last year or two now, I think they just process so much stuff that they can't turn everything around in a day. I have had to wait a day or 3 for my last few POL shipments.

My longest is a six day wait for Express from them... Almost to the point it was supposed to have arrived before they had gotten around to sending

they don't make any promises about the time spent in warehouse as far as I recall. only that once shipped it takes x number of business days depending on method of shipment.

I've never had a late shipment once they've shipped it. ever.

Got an email last night that they are expecting CW Leader Starscream in the next 10 days. They must have been getting a lot of annoyed queries about it and this is to placate people.

With the exchange rate the way it is I'm happy for them to take as long as they need

yah got the same email... which is odd as TF are the only 10 day reminder emails that i get apart from their spam/advertising
