TFormers has done a write-up (based on the limited information we have) comparing the UW version to the CW one.
Other than the HFG that TT will be packing, UW is going to once again be superior to the CW version. Though this is to be expected given TT's higher standard.

Still, I'm definitely interested on this and hope to get my Grimlock his kids.
