I don't know about Optimusnerd's but it showed up for me when pre-ordering mp-14+ and a couple of takara legends.

It was a random collection of pre-orders.

I suspect maybe they're not offering it on Grimlock because it's an in-stock item? No point in jumping the queue?

So give and take, if you are the impatient sort, I suggest ordering from elsewhere at higher prices. I believe PC has been very generous in their pricing and free shipping $100 policy.

I agree 110%. Ive actually noticed as well that a lot of the complainers have been saying things like "oh, it doesn't say on the site that there would be delays" but thing is it clearly DOES state when the item is estimated to arrive at PC (though I suspect that said people dont understand the concept of estimated or that the arrival date is for the item to be at the stores location) and they fail to use some common sense like, oh I dont know, that if you are ordering from overseas or you ordered towards the end of the pre order your item will take longer to get to you.

Has anyone else seen the extra option at check out that moves you to the front of the line? Think it was about $35 and it allowed you to jump the queue to the front no matter how late in the pre-order you were.

Yes, I saw it when I ordered anime Red Alert, I think this is a great option for the impatient buyers out there, the problem is that a lot of people are too self entitled so they will think they should get priority shipping AND free shipping AND pay less. As I said previously, a lot of the ones complaining about delays need a reality check.

Yep, it's only for pre-orders. I hope more of the impatient complainers use this option instead of complaining so that PC doesnt end up having to limit their stock levels.
Unfortunately though it's a case of a few bad eggs spoiling the batch here and I (sadly) dont see things changing for the better

in a nut shell yes there has been feedback some items are taking longer than expected to arrive, at such going forward PC are reducing the number of PO on exclusive limited items so that they can ensure all can be sourced and delivered in a timely manner..

really? wow. In that case, stuff the haters. seriously. I mean come on people, "oh noes someone else in my country/the world is getting their plastic crack before me, my life is ruined". Get a grip. My MP Hot Rod came ages after other people, did I feel a slight pang of jealousy watching others play with theirs? yes. Was it bad enough to whine about, even though I was still getting one and it was coming to me regardless??? Of course not! As far as I'm concerned the last thing PC needs is getting LESS items in, seeing as how so many things are gone in a flash and then never re-stocked!

I politely emailed twice regarding an ETA on Gen 2 Menasor.

I then posted politely as a comment on Facebook and received a reply (expected next week). Heck, I'd have been happy with "later this month".

Communication is key, but that said, unless you're dealing with someone with a bad rep (I had to hit TFI up a number of times for updates on my Apollyon after they publicly started shipping their delivery before I got a reply) I don't worry too much. A pinned "current status" post on their Facebook would go a long way, but hey, it's cost me $110 including shipping so I'm certainly not complaining!

Good points, and the way i see it is there's a middle man (due to TTMall) and we're not in Japan so ofc it's going to take longer but these things arent like something you can pick up whenever/wherever for a good price either. Good price, local, reliable/good rep, isnt that good enough?

I missed the boat on ramjet at PC and got it from RK, and frankly due to the price difference I couldnt care less that I have it in hand already (would rather that spot on my shelf stay empty for a little longer for the sake of more money in my pocket). I preordered UW-07, cheap, free shipping, paid for it and that's that, I know its going to take longer because i understand the supply chain and people who are complaining well... yes the minority are the loudest.

So we saw many reveals last weekend at Botcon, Regarding Hasbro's products coming soon.

We have just had a meeting with our Global Hasbro Supplier,

the good news is that nearly all the platinum sets and even SDCC 2016 Exclusives should be obtainable from Premium Collectables. We dont have any more info than this, but for those wondering if they would be offered by Premium the answer is yes. The only bad news to report was that the Botcon Event Exclusives are likely not going to be released globally so we might miss out.

On a different note, there has been some overwelming support to the business regarding cutting back Takara Exclusives stock during pre orders.

We know this would worry many about missing out , so to also be able to see it from our point of view as a business and respect it has been most humbling.
