On a seperate note, has anyone received any kind of ETA info on FansToys Sovereign or Grinder?
With today's "update" from PC, those two are my most long-standing overdue pre-orders and it's been a very long time since I had any kind of info on where they are.

Recieved an update today to the second email i sent on April 28th.
The Toy World TW-M01 Primorion will be available late May.
MP-35 Grapple, Shipping has commenced for this item, ETA for this order is late May.
The Mega Action Series MAS-01 - Optimus Prime is not fully released yet, We hope to see them released this early month.
The shipment is due this month for the FansToys FT-08 Grinder - Iron Dibots No.5.
Looks like it'll be Christmas in May.

You think by this stage they would be more honest and transparent on item updates especially when the manufacturer (toy alliance) has already publicly announced in march MAS-01 was all released, sold and shipped, and a second run is planned for May

There's a tiny possibility PC dont even know. Retailers outside Asia order from a third party and not directly from TA. PC were probably just told there's a delay. Still poor form though.

It would be quite tiny this possibility, but ye like pretty much everything else it could / should have been handled much better.
And this mother of all shipments that is apparently arriving in May, hopefully they planned ahead and beefed up their warehouse team 10 folds else it would be another backlog drama all over again

Hot diggity! I feel that I should buy a lottery ticket!
I got an reply to a customer enquiry (via PC website) on March 31. So they must be finishing up March emails now I guess. I was chasing up a refund and was told I should have it this week. Will see how that goes.
On another note, MP-36 have apparently arrived and have started shipping to customers this week. Hopefully I'll get a shipping notice soon.
No update to my queries regarding FT Grinder and MP-35 Grapple though. Was hoping to hear about Grinder as Grapple is at least mentioned in the current weekly update.

According to various updates PC supplied Christmas was supposed to be in December then Jan then Feb them March then April........

Looks like they're beginning to catch up to emails again, but this is is...even more generic than expected, this was a response to a message I sent out at 28th of April, about super ginrai and astrotrain (the later doesn't have a website eta)

I was hoping for a shipping notice on something today, so far they pumped out a S.H figurarts figure back in September last year (about a week from release day) and NOTHING else so its as you guys are saying, they're able to handle the action figures faster than the transformers.
Lets hope we get some closure soon, when we get our stuff I highly recommend making detailed website reviews on various review sites...maybe pc will improve, who knows.
