JP Seacons wave 2 & Big Convoy on Zing/EB Games

Huh, didn't think much of it but realising my Optimus 2 pack was given to me in a box with a Startrack label on it too. Guess it's more efficient to ship with AP/ST when it's only a few orders for that store.

Picked up three Seacons tonight (just no Lobclaw).

All in their outer boxes with Startrack shipping labels on them

My Kraken outer box had this label on it, which I thought was odd... almost like, they are now using the regular postal service (Australia Post owns Startrack) to ship out individual items to stores, instead of sending out larger weekly shipments by a transport company that would be a lot cheaper for them.

StarTrak is the standard stores “Warehouse to Retail” courier. When I discussed the Toll issues, they said only like 5 stores use toll, but Toll is used to supply the warehouse eg lego to EB/zing warehouse is Toll, but ST from warehouse to local

I guess my local store is one of the 5 that use Toll, unless they have changed to Star Track in the last 6 months of something.

Lobclaw arrived today... the final piece of the puzzle (I got 5 and 6 from SG).

It also had a startrak label on it so I asked the person at the store and they said that they currently have so few deliveries at the moment, there isn't enough stuff coming to that store to warrant a bigger box for a cheaper shipping company... even weekly.
Not a good sign for my store if they want to close down more stores soon.

Got Kraken and Lobclaw from EB Games today, both with StarTrak also, but one was dated 2 weeks ago, another 22nd.

5 & 6 arriving tomorrow from MightyApe (missed the zing preorder of them and nem prime...).

I didn?t know they came in shipping boxes. Not from Zing, unless they remove them first?
