QLD Transformers Sightings.

Went to Target Garden City to pick up my 4 clickncollect Headmasters... had to refund 2 of them. Two were the same and one I already had.
I'm probably lucky I got two of the four.
For anyone wanting a Hardhead or Mindwipe, head on over there. If they aren't out on the shelf, ask at the clickncollect counter for 2 that were refunded about an hour ago.
But be quick as the online orders take stock from stores and transfer between stores (or post them), they don't come from their warehouse, as 2 of my 4 came from Robina store and 2 came from Pacific Fair.
I'll have to wait a few days before ordering more, or else I'll get these two again that I refunded.

BTW, they had the 4 Buzzworthy SS toys on shelf... 2 of each.

Toyworld Robina - Only Wave 1 Kingdom stock (no Cyclonus if you?re chasing) in Voyager size, no Deluxe. Actually quite minimal Transformers stock really, and a large chunk of it taken by a KO Converters line.

Also Toyworld is advertising the World?s Smallest Micro Action Figure line, Transformers Wave, online. I checked in store, and they only had the Masters of the Universe Assortment. You?d be ordering them blind, but its way cheaper than trying to import these. At 9.99 it?s not a huge loss if you end up with duplicates.

Maybe head down their today (if you can) and secure the Mindwipe, just in case you don't get one in you lot of 6 figures.
If you got notified after 2pm, it is probably the two that I refunded.

If you end up getting doubles of Brainstorm, Highbrow or Weirdwolf, and you refund them, see if they can hold it for someone else, or just post about it here and I will see if I can get to them before they ship them off to another store.

Didn't get any more notifications regarding stock so probably won't get yours. I'll be going in the morning around opening time. Ok, will try to hold them if I get those.

The photos from Target today at Garden City, which show that a lot of items have sold in the last week when I was last there (or sent off to other stores from online purchases).





And at Toyworld Macgregor... despite a store that is packed to the ceiling with over-supplied stock, their amount of Transformers toys is almost all gone. No Kingdom... one Earthrise boxed toy... some Siege Astrotrains, and a small assortment of Cyberverse and Rescue Bots.
Really surprising, considering how much stock usually sits in Toyworld for years, and how much over-supply of stock they usually have above the shelves.





Also, if I hadn't have felt an unexplainable urge to wander around other parts of the store, I wouldn't have found something interesting at the back of the store - Worlds Smallest (licensed) Transformers. The second assortment of figures is finally here, and they include action figures from Transformers, MOTU and GIJoe, along with some random retro Hasbro & Mattel toys.
The Transformers were $10 each (which might seem like a lot, but on Amazon they have been $15 from America).
The really disappointing thing about the Transformers ones (Optimus, Starscream, Bumblebee) is that they all have Optimus "packaging", while the four MOTU figures and three GIJoe figures all have individual "packaging" with the figure and on the bottom strip... making the Transformers ones disappointingly lazy. As such, I only bought Optimus, as the other two didn't look right being on Optimus packaging, when the company making these was able to give the others unique packaging.





Unfortunately, the photos I took below were done through messenger to a friend... which shrunk them down (I didn't realise it until I got home, otherwise I would have retaken them).

Ended up getting Weirdwolf and Highbrow, neither of which I particularly want, so will return them before I leave around 11.

Update: Have now returned them. I now have 1 coming from Victoria but the other 3 were cancelled.

Cheers, just grabbed those 2, she pulled Griffin's Hardhead and Mindwipe out, so they're still there.

Also, still nothing new at Chermside in any Shop, except for maybe the Black Hot Rod and the Shark thing (don't know the line, but it's the same as the one with Starscream kinda squatting in pack).
