I had to Google what a Raiden TF was. Assumed it was another cross over with Mortal Kombat

I'm not 100% sure, but given the fact that the TF Raiden is a Japanese only character, the name is probably actually the same as Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 2, not Raiden from Mortal Kombat.
