If I'm being harsh, that's not really a big loss. The NetFlix shows veered into unwatchably bad territory pretty quickly.
I'm really just here for the free food and open bar.

Probably says something about the Netflix "ratings" for the previous shows.

Watched PrimeVsPrime's vid review of Legacy Blitzwing; bot mode aside, the alt modes are arguably, a mess. Jet mode looks good from above, but the kibble underneath is horrible. Tank mode is let down by the faux cockpit jutting out; cartoon accuracy or not, a more sensible design would let the user have the option of having it out or not.

We are discussing Blitzwing in the rumours section. Come join the Blitzwing discussion there until Hasbro formally announces him.

Aren't we still waiting on the final half of the final season?

No, we've had all three seasons of WFC on Netflix (it ended with a set-up for another show that now seems unlikely to be made). It wasn't great, but I really don't think it deserves much of the criticism is has received (but I won't attempt to defend the direction of the voice actors - even allowing for instructions to make the diction slow and clear for children, the delivery was pretty damned sucky).

Well that's a shame. I was sure I read somewhere that they had split the season into two, sometimes Netfilx does that. Production company gives them x episodes and they decide when and how to release... Kiko for example Netflix got the whole thing... they then split it into 3 "seasons" and released them separately over the course of a year.

Given there was the precedence I pretty much believed what I read. To think that's the ending they left us with... wow. What a pile of, from start to finish. Deserves all the criticism and more in my opinion. But then, I also think I could have done a better job, so maybe I'm just delusional.

I've been following the Reddit Transformers forum lately looking at how the new Legacy packaging is fairing. There have been a few reports of missing accessories - Legacy Bulkhead's spherical mace seems like another easily stolen item. But the main and common gripe has been the flimsiness/thinness of the cardboard. That and the lack of plastic window and especially the plastic insert that reinforces the box (removed with Kingdom) and perhaps the angular box shape/crease has meant boxes are getting crushed and torn when sent in satchel mailers (many complaints about Amazon US as it often uses satchels instead of boxes). Be aware if you care about box condition.

So here's an interesting thing - Legacy Nightprowler/Sandstorm/Buzzsaw have the plastic window back. I wonder if Hasbro saw too many complaints about plastic-free windows.

They are out already! (in Taiwan)
The release date for them in America on the Hasbro Pulse website is December... so something strange is going on there. Unless Walmart is getting them in the next month or so and Hasbro Pulse isn't selling it until the end of the year?

It is indeed strange to see windows on them, after all the fuss of removing all plastic from the regular Legacy toys.
And I do expect that the boxes are less stable without the plastic insert and window to reinforce it, so a thinner cardboard (like the Vintage Beast Wars toys had) would certainly make the boxes very fragile.
I just got KD Blaster in the mail today from Amazon America in a satchel, and it certainly got a fair bit squashed, so I don't like the chances of these newer toys that don't have any plastic reinforcing them, and thinner cardboard.
(and of course, the theft of bits and pieces from inside the box will make shopping from a store more risky - as it will require us to do a bit of research to make sure that nothing is missing, by knowing first what should be showing inside the cavity of the box)

Hasbro has announced the next Fan First Tuesday is coming on the 12th of April (early morning on the 13th Australian time). Hopefully, more Legacy toys will be shown.
