The Megatron coin is now available, currently for au$148.

Made of 1oz pure silver, this round coin features the evil leader of the Decepticons as seen in the 1984 series, The Transformers. Megatron is in full colour, looking powerful against the epic mirror-finish background. The year 1984 and The Transformers logo have been engraved and frosted. Turn to the obverse for the effigy of Queen Elizabeth ll, confirming it as legal tender.
Officially licensed, this mega-awesome piece arrives nestled in a high-quality box featuring eye-catching The Transformers-themed imagery. Printed on the back is a Certificate of Authenticity along with the coin’s unique number in the limited mintage of 3,000.
Surrender to the merciless Megatron and order yours today!
And Grimlock is next, to be out December 20th.

It looks like there could just be four coins, as there are no other Transformers coins listed on their January releases.

It looks like the first four coins might now be all sold out, as none of them appear to be listed anymore.
    SEP - Optimus Prime
    OCT - Bumblebee
    NOV - Megatron
    DEC - Grimlock

They have a new one listed though, which must have just been released - Starscream

People might note that the reverse side doesn't have the Queens head on it, but also doesn't have the King's head either... it just has a coat of arms from the Niue, as that's the island of issue for these coins.

On their Coming Soon page they have Soundwave listed for August 8th, so Starscream probably was released July 8th.
(the first 4 coins were released at the end of the month, while these are at the beginning of the month)

I think the NZ Mint was supposed to be releasing some ROTB movie coins as well, but they aren't on there, so if they did them, they must already be sold out.

It took me a while to find their news page, but I did find the different Transformers postings...

    The news reveal for Starscream...

And the Rise of the Beasts coin, which sold out in less than a month, was released June 15th (the quantity was a little smaller though, at 2000 units)...

It notes that the ROTB coin also had the Niue Coat of Arms on the back, but since it is sold out, the product page is gone, and I wasn't able to see its images.

I forgot to mention that the Soundwave coin was released last month....

It looks like the Starscream coin is now sold out too... so these seem to be really popular.
