it sounds as though Drift will not be a super duper ultra powered character, which is fine with me, i don't know why eveeryone was annoyed with him before he showed up in the comic.

Why not have another G1 character? Its better then another Generic

As for the spotlights, they said that it would about character building initially, then you have them all tying into the main -ion stories in a big way, thats why i didnt buy them, now im missing out on chunks of references etc- thanks IDW

The blurr one was good, it expanded on the character, and didn't tie into future story arcs too much, i think, unlike say, the Shockwave spotlight which has him set up Earth for the entire -ion series and AHM
