Least that's that way I saw it and that's the amount I paid. Maybe it was still sitting in the shop after all this time because everyone else thought it was "$501 only"

Courtesy of the 50% sale at Kings Comics today. Finally a comic at prices that seem more realistic (I miss the days when I used to get the G2 comic for $2.50 at the local newsagent )

IDW Transformers Continuum - for those who don't know this is a one shot issue summarising pretty much the main storylines of IDW's universe up to the current ongoing series (includes All Hail Megatron).

Finally JayJays gets the TF watches in!! The girl who served me told the staff member next to her that I've been coming into their store for 13 months and keeps asking about these watches. I said, "Now what am I supposed to bug you about when I come here now?!"

So.... what are your thoughts on the watches Goki? $25 seems a bit rich.

So.... what are your thoughts on the watches Goki? $25 seems a bit rich.

They are a bit pricey considering that the Transformers Whizz Watch costs $30, and of course that watch is a remote control for a toy car (Bumblebee). But there are some cool things about it, such as:
+ The watch I got actually detaches and transforms into a robot! Much like the old "Chronoform" toys from Microman.
+ This is the first time I've ever purchased a TF watch with an _adult_ sized strap!!

That's odd that they have adult size straps. Looking at them I assumed that they were marketed squarely at kids

All other TF watches I have only just fit around my wrist - but this one fits around quite well with lots of notches to spare!
