It's interesting to note the main mold differences seem to be his head (Obviously the earlier prototype was prior to the Headmaster figure being ready) and his pectoral sculpting.

I also really love the break away from tradition they've taken with his transformation; I'm really impressed that they've avoided the "Fold the legs over the body & flip up a plate" approach, which makes sense for Cerebros/FortMax, being that he's larger than the rest (Depending on your choice of continuity).

I don't know about that tank mode and the big gun is off-putting. I see too much compromise/dedication to a 'G1 Fort Max' gimmick I don't really care much about.

Scales okay. Could've been another head taller but looks fine.

Tank mode is weird, but I can still dig it on the beauty of the bot mode if he ends up like the photoshoped pics and has the same quality of action figureness as Motorbot.

Looks great. Combining with G1 Fort Max is irrelevant to me as I'll never own one, but the thought of another 'giant head' is kinda fun. Maybe I'll get that Original Refine Unicron bust and start a giant floating head display with Grand Mal.
Awesome IDW looking bit mode, which hooks me since IDW is the continuity I prefer for figure styles. Scout tank mode isn't bad either, I just hope parts-forming is kept minimal.

It's a nice idea, especially the triple-changer deal, but I don't have or want a G1 Fort Max, and as Kup notes that gimmick kinda compromises the tank-y-thing mode.
Also, he hasn't got guns in his legs.

One of the nicer third-party attempts, but the useless (to me--never had a G1 Fort Max, and have no interest in ever getting one) gimmick hurts the alt-mode.

And I echo the lack of leg guns!

Don't have a G1 body to go with this but at that size (taller than generations Springer) I'm still considering this.
