Big W had 3 movie Leader OP's for $49, Uncle Pete's had the trilinigual packaging variants of DOTM Voyager Fireburst OP, Megatron and Cannon Force ironhide for $30.

Good to see Myer buying up unsellables overseas

Actually what would've happened is that Hasbro USA probably offered their excess stock to overseas branches; Hasbro AU offered retailers and Myer accepted. And this wouldn't be the first time that shelf warming stock that were meant to be exclusives overseas ended up being sold in Australian local stores.

Previous examples have included:
+ Machine Wars Transformers = originally exclusive to Kay Bee and KB Toys in the US, they eventually came out everywhere here and shelfwarmed badly! Big W had exclusive versus sets (which were basically two toys shrink-wrapped together )
+ MP Ghost Starscream
...and probably a few more that elude me atm.
