Seems like Devcon is not being supplied in Australia in solid cases (cases of 4 of 1 toy); this means that JB and EB (and any of the other specialty shops that are now stocking TF) won't have it for sale.

Should Legacy Evolution wave 3 ever hit the big retailers (Big W, Target, Kmart, presumably Myer) then Devcon should be on their shelves, as they receive assortment cases (cases of 8 toys, generally, but not always - see Velocitron - 2 each of 4 different toys).

One potential good point - they both have unique ASINs (Amazon's internal stock numbers). I just don't know if those are the same ASINs as before :confused:

And as it happens, purely by accident I do know what those ASINs were at the time - they're part of the URL for the item page, and I quoted them back in May.

The Autobot pack apparently had some minor deco differences to the original releases, so these ones might as well.

Unlike the Autobot pack which had all 5 movie toys in it, this one only has 4 of the 2007 movie toys in it, with Bonecrusher missing. I guess with a Leader class toy in the box (Blackout), Hasbro couldn't fit a 5th toy in it, or wanted to keep it below a certain US price point.

This is an unrelated tangent but I bought a ton of ER Starscreams to make custom seekers on top of four official variants and the intent of coneheads later, and even I am barely interested in Nacelle. Most of my pre-orders due out yesterday were charged yesterday... except Nacelle and one of the 2-packs (not sure which one, after they kept swapping names and pictures).
The delivery estimate still says October 2-3, so they would need to ship them out tonight, or send notification of them being delayed.

It has already been an expensive week, as two expensive items dropped at HLJ just days ago too.
Between the two sources, it will be over a grand in one week. :(

I still pre-order most of the TakaraTomy stuff through HLJ, so that I don't have to pre-pay for anything, making it easier to cancel later if I find it elsewhere first. They are a little more expensive than some other JP options, but I like the option of having them hold my items for a month so that two month's worth can be shipped at once.

This month had one of the Trainbots and one of the Beast Wars 2-pack premium redecos... which will now ship with last month's Beast Wars 2-pack release.

I also ordered on the 22nd of July, and so far no cancellation. But I think I did see that other regions are having supply issues with Nacelle also. If it gets cancelled I won't be upset. I was never impressed that Hasbro decided to use the Tetrajet mould instead of the Thrust mould for Nacelle.

The Australian price was $55, which wasn't too bad for a limited edition Voyager, but the foreign sources have it for au$70, which is actually pretty good if you think that postage for something like that across the globe would be at least $30.

The one order/listing says Ratbat/Megs, but the photo showed Shockwave/Pax and that order arrived today with Shockwave/Pax in it.

The other order/listing says Shockwave/Pax and has no photo. So I guess I just have to hope that it's Ratbat/Megs when it shows up

... and it just occurred to me why they might not have delivered yet. The now infamous farce regarding the labelling of these listings led to many (most? all?) orders being placed at an obviously too-low price (two voyagers for $91.88 in my case). I suspect that instead of bothering with sending out e-mails stating that there was a clear error, the underhanded sods are going to let the expected arrival date (this evening) come to pass without dispatch, and then cancel the lot, re-list them at the correct price, and require us to re-order at that higher amount.

Very shady practice if they do indeed do this, and this is why I prefer not to buy from Amazon.

I sort of think this, but that the labelling error led to them not ordering any Megatron Ratbat stock. Personally I think they would just cancel if they really did not want to sell, Ive received horribly underpriced preorders before, and I dont think someones paid to plan out schemes. They gain nothing for cancelling but with more work behind it instead of just cancelling the moment they noticed relisting and actually getting the months of preorders placed since

They shipped out my Ratchet in the very early morning of Wed 1 Nov and I received it in WA that afternoon. However they still haven't charged or shipped my red Frenzy despite them giving a date of 3 Nov.

Update: Amazon has just sent me the usual delay and apology email regarding red Frenzy. There is no longer any ETA. Email said they'd send me a new date when one becomes available.

Did anyone actually get charged and receive their Frenzy? I noticed that JB is not getting theirs until December, so I guess that would be true for Amazon too then.

I did try contacting customer service after 48 hours and even with that, they could not get it to adjust on their end, told me to cancel and replace, and gave me $10 for the trouble. Basically, I do not think it is going to update ever but Amazon can afford to throw money at wronged customers and often-ish do.

Also got the delay email. Couple day difference between the two for whatever reason... insects were 28th and the other set was the 31st.
