Symbol for Ohm = Ohm (which is incidentally also the Greek letter Omega (doh!). I nerfed the original clue which was the portrait of Georg Ohm which I felt was a little too obscure)

It wasn't until I saw Griffin's post here, that I looked back at the pic and thought: "Oh for *Expletive Deleted* sake! - It was right there the whole time!".
I think the equation was what through me off at least, ah well - A really well done picture now when one looks at it, as it makes a lot of sense.
