    Added to first post some details to go with the posted picture:

    This will be a Wave 5 release by Hasbro, called Dark Iron. It also seems that TakaraTomy will release it, but as Dark Steel, but as a store exclusive/incentive at Bic Camera stores in Japan.
    Pre-orders at that store begin August 16th, to be released September 23rd.

    Pretty cool. Could be that Hasbro are testing the waters to see if it does well to maybe do more or delve into BW more
