Another thought is the leg design on this looks to be stolen/borrowed directly form animated Prowl.

Hope they recolor for a Chromia instead, I prefer my Arcee to be a car, and Chromia to be a bike

and on the Cykill issue... nah, too skinny, Cykill has to have some bulk to him even if he is a bike.

Good spot. The entire transformation is close to Animated Prowl.
