WOW, while I'm not familiar with a lot of the individual parts you're using the final products look really promising.
How do you plan to make them join up?
I'm assuming that the finished versions won't transform, is that correct.

    Thanks!

They will have individual bot and vehicle modes. Im using lego knights and technic connectors. Im trying not to modify the actual figures if possible to keep them close to stock/original. Most of the lego parts are removable.

    Hope this photo helps.

you should think about having 3 separate threads for each figure as they are just too awesome to squish all into one thread. lol

    Classics Mirage

    Armada Unicron parts
    Cybertron Primus
    MP Optimus Prime(optional)
Have you ever thought about using classics hot rod instead of universe sideswipe, just to mix things up a bit and have 5 different vehicle moulds?

hey, i've never seen a classics OP (helicopter prime) used as a mixmaster before. most of the time people use energon barricade which is damn expensive to get now due to the popularity of the FP crossfire kits.

what is a lego knight? is it the same as a bionicle joint?

also, im very curious to see how you plan to use only lego connectors to avoid modding or puttying up connector joints straight onto the limbs...
never seen that done before without modding the figures.

hey, if you butchered up a few cyb primus, do you mind selling me his blue chest plate? or ive got a tonne of donor figures and joints if you ever want to trade parts? lol.

fark... just noticed that you're using megamorph hulk's hands!!!
where did you find those and how much did you buy it for?

    Bloody hell!
Some excellent work man as these WIPs sure do give a pretty damn good impression of what the final results will look like.
Really looking forward to see how you go with these dude, impressive use of duck-tape too!

I have considered Hot Rod but his alt mode is longer than sideswipe. Another down side his height in bot mode. I will just modify sideswipe to differentiate in alt mode etc. remove spoiler.

Just wanted to try something different. I will have to modify this figure make him less prime-like.

Lego knights(ratchet type) have different joints compared to bionicle(ball joint type).

The primus I'm using atm is my display piece, this is one of the reason why I have not modified anything because I might put him back together. I have a couple of junker primus in-transit. If you can wait I will give you the chest plate when they arrive.

I got megamorphs hulk from ebay for $15 plus $20 shipping(the damn thing is big and heavy). My suggestion is if you just need the hands ask the seller if they can remove it and discard the rest so you can save on shipping. Everything about that bot is crap except for the hands IMHO.
