I'd recommend Photobucket.com as it is extremely easy to upload, modify, sort and post one's pics.

They also give you a large amount of Bandwidth and Storage (10Gb) for a free account, with an option for more bandwidth and larger storage for a reasonable fee, and they link to pretty much every Social Media site known to man with no hassle ; though I've never used any of the SM features as my online socialising consists of OTCA and that's pretty much it.
