Default Another SDCC TF/GIJoe Toy - Shockwave HISS Tank

Already revealed by Hasbro, is one of this year's SDCC exclusives (which is about 6 months away, but should be on display next weekend at the US Toyfair). Following on from the surprise success of the Starscream coloured Skystriker jet last year, this year will have a Shockwave coloured HISS tank.

It will even be released with an exclusive accessory of a Shockwave-styled cannon on top.

It's sure to sell out fast like the Starscream one did last year.

Default New Shockwave Tank in GI:Joe

For those who don't follow the other Hasbro lines this might have slipped under your radar, but check out the new Shockwave Hiss Tank repaint
    announced for Comi-Con.

Not quite as cool as the Starscream jet fighter with Cobra-Commander and megatron gun, but still quite a nice touch. If they keep going at this rate of one per year, in a few decades we will FINALLY have had our crossover toyline from childhood dreams.
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!

More images of this year's SDCC figure have been posted up on the GIJoe club site (down the bottom). Mirrored here if that page is taken down later.

Set comes with a mini non-convertible Soundwave (in tape-deck mode) & Cassettes, Energon cubes, plus two GIJoe figures (Destro with a Decepticon symbol on his outfit and a BAT coloured like a Constructicon).

Man that is a tempting set, even though I don't care for G.I. Joe at all; that is one awesome convention exclusive bundle!

If they made Transformers/GI Joe crossovers like this with full transforming vehicles That Joes can ride, it would rock beyond believe. I doubt Hasbro would ever do it as they'd rather play it safe but I reckon it would sell like hot cakes, certainly better than the poorly conceptualized Marvel TF crossovers.
