We[/i] had?!? Dude, Australia never got Targetmaster Cyclonus, Scourge, Hot Rod, Blurr or Kup either! But yeah, those Targetmaster characters never came out in Japan (hence why you don't see these characters as Targetmasters in The Headmasters (and indeed Rodimus, Blurr and Kup bugger off after a couple of eps and we never hear of them again).

all I meant was the English box releases compared to Japanese box releases

He meant "we" as in the entire western Hasbro market, since the matter was comparing the Takara versions of Targetmasters to Hasbro Targetmasters, not Japan to Australia.

after my rant about the cancelling of the DOTM line i had to go on ebay and aquire at least 2 of the Deluxe figures i needed so i got Leadfoot for $50 plus postage and Soundwave for $35 and free shipping. just the wait now.

I've been off the forum quite a bit this year... A combination of a few things. A change in priority, finances... life etc.... So far February has yeileded me a TFC Dr Crank for my B'day. Now I just have to wait till Robot Kingdom have Herc's other limbs back in stock in April.....

No other acquisitions though.

Picked these puppies up yesterday from Nakano Mandarake.



All have paperwork and very good condition.

Got Kre-o Sentinal Prime and Sideswipe due to reduced prices. (wish i could just get the kre-o figures by themselves).

Went toy hunting with HD after a LONG absence.

Few things to report.
-TF Prime is now out in HK. Alot of people have snap up Wheeljack and Soundwave. Heaps of Cliffjumpers and Bumblebees as far as they eye can see. Japanese Prime First edition are out, and they look about 2000 times better than the Hasbro versions.
- Maketoys Devastator Yellow will be out in less than 6 weeks we are told.
- Maketoys The Fallen is scheduled for mid year
- Maketoys Green Devastator around May (pending on sales of Yellow devastator).
- Hobbybase still have thousands of DOTM toys - they are now being heavily discounted because "no one wants them".
- Alot of TF united figures out now including the new series.
-Heaps of Windcharger packs so no one should be worried about not getting him. Also heaps of older figures
- Hercules is out and exceptionally popular here. Lots of displays around.
- Fansproject items are being restocked

A few good rumours for you:
- Fall of Cybertron Dinobots are being made in China as we speak Expect the toys for display at Botcon 2011 (in April)
- Fansproject Stunticons are believed to be on the radar as well as 2-3 other figures.






What I bought:
TF United Stepper (photos to come)
Maketoys Not Powerglide and Not Seaspray.
(initial impressions - poorly made, plastic is cheap and Not-powerglide almost fell apart upon opening the box.
