I wasn't aware of any guides to this. I just opened the chest up piece by piece. There are no springs or pressure pins, so you can't really break it. It was a bit like putting together Lego Technic pieces together, along with a bit of trial and error. I don't have a version of the mold on me in Melbourne, but can take apart one and take some photos once I get back to Sydney.
