Not often, but I use it as a USB for work, so it's handled frequently when plugging into computers and stuff. And occasionally transformed/fiddled at my desk. But usually just used as a USB. It just seems to have succumbed to the physical strain of being inserted and removed from USB ports repeatedly -- the actual toy that encases the USB unit itself is terribly fragile.
