Hmm, I think the problem is that they under-value their shipments to try and help people avoid customs duties which in turn limits the amount that can be claimed under insurance in the event of loss. I did email them about that and requested that they declare full value as thankfully it's not an issue here for goods <$1000. Now that I think about it though, I never had a confirmation from them so I may flick them another request just to be sure. Whether it will help in the event of loss is up for debate, but I'll feel better.

In any case, USPS international priority is 6-10 business days delivery time so I won't start to worry until at least that long after shipping. I haven't even had my credit card charged yet, and I'm not the only one. It's just a bit frustrating for a specialist TF supplier to experience a delay on a highly anticipated item and not offer any communication.
