    I voted: Only If...

Frankly I find the new colours really garish on most of the Beast Hunters toys and have no interest in picking up the newer versions of the older characters (with the exception of Prime with the new trailer). The only reason I put 'only if' instead of 'not interested' is that if I saw him REALLY cheap I would consider picking him up for Ravage (the same as I would pick up a REALLY cheap FOC Soundwave so I could have Laserbeak as well as Buzzsaw).

I actually like this version better than the original. The new parts add a bit more oomph particularly in alt mode. The colours even suit Soundwave better.

    Yes, but not as smoothly.

Technically it's a new mold so yes - Why they decided to reference Soundwave's Universe 1.0 colour scheme for this figure is beyond me though.

Really? It looks like a retool/repaint of TFPRiD Deluxe Soundwave to me. griffin has it listed as so in post #1 of this thread too.

"New Mould" means new design/engineering (which this one isn't)... "remould" means same design/engineering, but has newly moulded parts (which this one has).

A redeco with a new head could be claimed as a remould, but since the alternate heads are in the same mould sprue as the initial heads, those are really just a straight redeco with a swapped over piece (the head)... which is why I list those types of figures as "redeco with new head".

A recap of the definitions used here (and on most sites)...
"new mould" - entirely new design/engineered toy
"remould" - same design/engineering as a previous toy, but has parts that are newly moulded for this release
"redeco" - exactly the same as a previous version, but different colourings (paint and/or plastic)
"redeco with new head" - exactly the same as a previous version, but with a new head and new colours (this may also be reworded if it some other element has been changed, like just the gun)

To clarify in light of Griffin's post above,

As this figure is a remold with enough of a differing paint job, I will be picking it up... at some point
