If you want a less permanent solution without the possibility/risk of the super glue damaging the plastic I use a Bostik Glue stick.

I have used it on all my troubled AM prime toys and the stickers have not peeled back since.
Tip: for larger stickers you can just apply the glue directly but for smaller fiddly ones I use a hobby knife/stanley knife and scrape a bit of the glue from the stick and rub it on the back of the sticker (like buttering toast), but you only need a small amount for these types otherwise it oozes out the sides (easily wiped away) when you push it (the sticker) down.
For applying stickers, as mentioned above, tweezers or a stanley knife (put the end of the blade under a small part of the sticker) works a treat for maneuvering stickers into place. And a cotton bud (also mentioned) works great from smoothing stickers out or pushing them down flat in areas to small for my fat fingers
I think I'll be keeping my Metroplex (once i get it) displayed with my mix of classics and generations TF's![]()
