Thanks again for your preorder! We do our best to process preorders by the date they were received, according to each item. At this time Hasbro should be sending the rest of our shipment(s) later this month, at which time the remaining preorders on file should be filled accordingly. I apologize for this delay, and we do not anticipate any allocation issues happening with this particular wave like past waves.

So, now they process orders according to the date they were received? Sounds like bollocks to me.

Unfortunately, anybody who ordered a single figure will have to wait until all of those orders consisiting of whole cases & sets are processed first.
As a business trying to gouge our customers for every cent, look at TFSource: at least they offer discounted shipping & points, we do not want to risk losing a potential case sale of $114.99 or a set sale of $59.99 for a single figure worth $17.99. Sure, we'll let a few single figures be made available, but we'll tack on another $7 to them also.
We understand your frustration, blah blah Hasbro blah blah distribution blah blah right now, we're chasing the big bucks first.
