They are claiming that it won't be released until August. That's a long wait, as G2 Sideswipe is in February and Soundblaster is in March... maybe the 5 month block is to allow for Movie toys to take up their marketing focus.
Or maybe TakaraTomy thinks that the fans will prefer movie toys and won't have any money for MP toys.

I usually dont bother with the MP's autobot cars due to lack of rubber and diecast... but that figure is surely tempting.

I'm glad I have had Wheeljack on pre-order for a few months now. I see him selling very well.
