    Default Extra Emoticons?

    Yo I know Griffin is very busy these days but doesn't this website's platform allow more types of standard smilies to be used? I'm a member at other forums that seemingly use the same forum platform and they have a varied range of emoticons available.

    Just curious.

    I am for new additional emoticons. However I do not want a plethora of them. We should have a vote to select a modest number of emoticons to add to the available pool.

    Like I know there's one where the smiley face has limbs and is rolling around laughing it comes under :haha that could be used quite a bit.

    Imagine if there were small custom Autobot/Decepticon icons people'd be spamming that shiz left, right, center!

    You could just save the additional emoticons you want on your own image hosting site and post it as an image.

    It will be something to look at when this board gets relocated to a new server (hopefully soon)... because I also need to look at upgrading the forum to version 4. And that version may have new smilies, or make it easy to find and upload them.

    haha, I guess we all have wanted a few more emoticons like the jaw dropping one, the head banging to brick wall, DOH!!, nosebleed - can't remember where I saw this...but yeah, we can always just do what Gok mentioned for the time being hheheh
