Well since it shows up in the solicitation images from Takara it would be unlikely not to include the sword.

The HK exclusive coin has been revealed. The coin itself is identical from the front, but the back might be altered. The case is also identical, with just some colour changed on the front, and a Gen2 Autobot logo on the back.
