Ok, I think I've got a solution that works, a combination of suggestions from others. Thanks for the comments/responses.

I'll reveal all 12 lots tomorrow preceding voting for the 2013 Ozformer Awards.

If you complete the awards survey, you'll find a question asking which (if any) of the lots you'd like. Tick as many as you like, no limit, all or none whatever you'd like. This puts you in the draw.

When voting is done mid Jan I'll draw (based on how people nominated) for the first item, and if your name comes up you'll win (and can pass if you've changed mind by then) and I'll move on the next one. So it will be steadily revealed, just a little later than Xmas.

I think this should work. If any items get no takers... Well I'll cross that spacebridge when it comes to it.
